Sept 23-Surprise..transfer calls..will now be in the Toronto YSA ward and training a brand new missionary for my last transfer.

So this week was great we were able to find some new people interested about learning more about our church and how they become closer to Jesus Christ. We were able to see so many miracles this past week and had so much fun well doing it. The first one was on Thursday. It was -30 and we were done with contacting outside downtown because I think we started to get hypothermia, colder then the Antarctica, and I can say that because Iv'e been there hahaha. Anyway we decided to head to the mail and see what we could do for talking to people there. So we started to walk around and I mean I kinda was like what are we doing this is so weird haha but we started talking to people sitting down and giving out some cards and stuff so it was ok. But then we were walking by this health food store and this man called us in (the owner of the store). He just started talking to us and said here take a free protein bar and so my companion and I picked one out and it was sick. Anyway we ended talking for a while and got his phone number and now we are going to his house for lunch tomorrow and going to teach him. So that was sweet!! Should that our Heavenly Father does put us in place where we will be able to talking with people that are open to our message. Next thing I learned was how awesome and important service is. It really truly makes you feel so good just like Mosiah 2:17 says "And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.". As that scripture says your serving God when you are serving others how amazing is that to know. Anyway we got to chop wood for two days straight almost and that was so fun what a great service experience that was to be able to work out and get jacked well helping others ahahahaha. But Anyway try to serve others when ever the opportunity arises it is always a great feeling to know you are doing as the savoir did and are listening to what God has asked us to do. Anyway hope everyone is doing great I am I got a new companion from Montana he is so sick. He grew up on a ranch and he tells me so pretty sweet stories. HE is teaching me to rope (what you do to get a hold of animals and stuff ahha) so its been a fun experience with him so far. It is and has been such a blessing being here focusing on others and serving them in many different ways. Whether it be by sharing a uplifting message cutting wood or helping them move it to there new house. These people are amazing and I love being here. What a blessing it is to know that we all have a savoir Jesus Christ that Atoned for our sins so we can return and live with our Heavenly Father as we put for the effort and ask for forgiveness. Love ya all and keep killing it. Been real being able to share these experiences with ya ahha. ​​​​

This week was a good one going to have to make this short as I dont have much time got to go bowling ahah. Anyway had a really cool experience this week that really taught me God places people in our paths for a reason. That reason, in many circumstances, is to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. So we were able to run into these three girls on the street that were 18 that just got here for school this semester!! Anyway we started talking to them downtown and said they have never been religious or anything but would be down to learn some more about our Church and about God and Jesus Christ!!Which is so awesome because I know for myself the impact that knowing where we were before this earthly life , why we are here on this earth and where we are going can be a very comforting things to know for many people and the gospel does lay it out simply and straight forwardly. Anyway we had an appointment to meet up with them but dew to the road conditions and crazy snow storm we got that night they couldn't make it out. But earlier that week we talked to a 16 year old boy walking in our church parking lot back home from basketball practice, and ended up getting his number so we could play with him sometime. So we decided to call him up and see if he wanted to play ball as he lived close to the church (where the gym is) and close to where we live as well. He said yes and we got to meet up with him, play some ball and end up showing him around the church. We got to talking to him and he said his gramps had been looking for a church and so we were what he was looking for. So because we invited a boy to come play basketball and show him around the church him and his gramps are going to meet with us and start learning more. Which makes me beyond excited because like I said I know how much the church has help me as a teen and growing up and becoming who I am today. So from that I can see an amazing miracle: yes the girls cancelled for that night but we got to teach another person and help them strengthen their faith. Anyway cool little miracle. But its been so cold up here... having such a fun time though. Getting to share this wonderful gospel message and have fun doing it haha. Love you all keep doing great.
