October 23, 2018 BAPTISM!!!

 Crazy week up here! Ended up having to drive a lot and make sure we utilized our time well!! We had the opportunity to head up to the temple on Thursday, as well as get a baptism in on Friday!! So amazing to such great people progress! This area has treated me so well and I have made many amazing spiritual memorize as well as fun ones. My testimony has really gown and I have been able to see insanely uplifting miracles! Ill be heading out tonight up to Toronto as I will be training another new missionary that fly's in tonight and will be white washing (means both me and my comp are new and are starting off fresh in the area) Peterborough! Nervous but very excited for this new  adventure! Never done that before as well as will be staying as a district leader which is lots of fun as well. For sure am going to have to be patient and work hard as it'll be hard. But always love a challenge. Was kinda stressing about it last night but for sure. But as I have thought about it, I know God needs me their for a reason. So as long as I follow the spirit and work hard I know

it'll will be a great experience full of miracles! I know as it says in the scriptures " 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength;they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31). I love this because I know I can have a Constance source of strength through the lord!

We didn't have a crazy amount of time to find this week and it was kinda annoying me as we drove and had to be inside a lot doing things. I really was getting annoyed because I was like ugh I want to find those people ready so lets go finding already! This was going on in my head but I knew we had to get some paper work and other stuff done (like planning and training)!! Of course I was humbled as we found 4 new and had some people show up at church. Was able to give out 13 Book of Mormons and really just saw God put us in peoples paths that we could've never imagined we would find in such little time. Everyday I can't help put thank my Father in Heaven for this gospel we have been given. To see the change it has made in me and in others is unbelievable. One quick experience was when we were stopping by a guys place to see how he was doing on his quieting smoking plan. He has a date for baptism in a little over a month so we are really working on making sure he can quite before then. But he didn't answer the door. So we walked around back and was low key looking into his house to see if he was home and jsut not answer or what was up haha. Anyway someone saw us....and called us over. We weren't sure if she was mad or what was up but we went over anyway.  It was a man and a women that said they had talked to missionaries before and would love to again. They had been out to church a couple of times but then lost contact of the missionaries but are open to coming back out! So we got to teach a lesson to them and get a return appointment. So we felt so blessed that we had tried to be weird and creepy as we were really questioning what we were doing haha. But know we know we were lead by the spirit so we could find those two individuals. Honestly these kinds of things happen on a regular basis and they are to frequent to think they are by accident. So all in all a sweet week. This week is going to be a blast I know it. My new trainy and I will be getting to work right away and see miracles. I know through the spirit and the lord we will see miracles!! Love you lots, keep being amazing!!!
