Feb 04, 2019 SNOW, SNOW SNOW (and nice cars!)

Well the polar vortex has passed....says the weather man at least. It has been so cold!! Like honestly Toronto is like a 100 times colder then Calgary haha. No it is warming up already its plus six today and super warm so that's brings me a lot of optimism. This week was another crazy week. We had three very long meetings one taking a hole day in Brampton which is about a hour away. But we still saw some amazing miracles! We will be having a baptism Saturday as he passed his interview. I am so pumped for him and just feel so blessed to be here as he makes this decision to more fully come unto Christ. One thing that our mission has really been focusing on is setting it on fire (not actually but just seeing miracles and being able to expect them through our faith and obedience). We have seen an exponential amount of miracles as we have focus on this in our area and in the area's we look over. The next miracle is we found three new people we are starting to teach and had two people at church that our people of interest (looking into the church that we are teaching). As well as we have another one on date for Feb 23 and she is so solid ahah. We had a great lesson with her talking about how she can be with her family for forever through temple work. She was ecstatic as she has had her dad pass away in the past year and a close relative just a week or so ago. Another miracle is she was able to get out to church and the prayer was said in her native language as we have many Filipino's in our ward that speak Tagalog. So already was just an amazing week. Super blessed to be out here and seeing so many miracles. My companion and I really are focusing on pushing ourselves and seeing miracles as we do things that are hard and inconvenient to say the least ahah. But we are seeing results from it and know our Heavenly Father is blessing us for it. I also know all that is hard Christ has been through and felt for me. My prayers have really been key in seeing miracles. I have notice as a direct result from sincere prayer the spirit stronger and stronger in my life. As well as focusing outward and not inward. Really trying to love the people we work with, missionaries and those we see on the street daily. A scripture that hit me this week was John 7:17 "If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine,whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself ".  We will know as we do. We need to be doors of the work just as James 1:22 says. I am big on this as I know with anything as you do you see results spiritually, Physically and mentally. Well excited for this week as I will be going on exchanges and away from my apartment almost all week ahah. So should be super fun and am excited to get to know some of the missionaries I am serving around. Well love you all and hope you have a wonderful week!!
