been a crazy week. Its felt like this past 4 weeks has been a blink of an eye. This week we had zone conference, an exchange with one of the district leaders in our zone and a baptism in our ward of a 8 year old that we helped with. Also had 7 of our people we are teaching at church which made things crazy...but so amazing. For real I know God is truly moving His work forward in these last days. Been really amazing as we have had so many lessons in these past couple weeks. We had a fun time as Saturday it was just pouring rain and we went knocking doors haha. Not going to lie no one let us in but one of the highlights of the week as it felt so good to walk in after being drenched and knowing we did something good 😂👌.I find one of the things that hinder so many people we work with and talk to is there desire to not change for the better or aim for something less then the best. Which in turns leads them down a road of eternal unhappiness. In retaliation to this I came across this great talk. It says "The tragic evils of our life are so commonly unintentional. We did not start out for that poor, cheap goal. That aim was not in our minds at all. … That is why the road to hell is always paved with good intentions, and that is why I am not celebrating high ideals, lofty aims, fine purposes, grand resolutions, but am saying instead that one of the most dangerous things in the world is to accept them and think you believe in them and then neglect the day-by-day means that lead to them. Ah, my soul, look to the road you are walking on! He
who picks up one end of a stick picks up the other. He who chooses the beginning of a road chooses the place it leads to. It is the means that determines the end" (Living Under Tension Harry Fosdick). I feel many times people just give up trying (including myself at times). We forget as humans we can change and become better because of Christ Atonement. Christ Atonement "isn't the back up plan it is thee plan". I wish others would understand that if we made a mistake and took a hike down the wrong road we need not continue! We can be brought back to the start of the road and restart...if we use the sacrifice that was made for us by Jesus Christ. I know each day I have to start a new road because of the many short comings that I unfortunately have, but I do believe in the powerful gift of repentance. You should as well because it is for all of our Heavenly Fathers Children (every human being alive, or that once was!). Honestly I can say that I am at peace...but am getting very tired haha. Continue to arrive to grind with an attitude of gratitude. Really am seeing the hand of God in my work each day as we are lead and guided to the elect. Well anyway I do love and miss you all and hope you have a sweet week!!! 👑

This was another great week. Full of amazing experiences that continue to help reaffirm that what I am doing is the work of the Lord. So I went on exchanges this week with one of the elders in my district and it was amazing. He actually came out the same time as my last trainy last transfer so he's newer. But a monster at missionary work! We had a couple lessons that day but mostly went finding while I was with him. It was amazing to see his willingness to take positive correction and apply it! We were able to get 10 phone numbers/addresses in the matter of a couple of hours!!! Which is like insanely good Haha. Plus we got drenched as it was raining all night. Sept 23-Surprise..transfer calls..will now be in the Toronto YSA ward and training a brand new missionary for my last transfer.

Surprise, we got transfer calls! I'll be leaving and heading to the heart of downtown Toronto. I will now be in the Toronto YSA ward and training a brand new missionary for my last transfer. Super hyped I am staying in the city and probably going to my dream area to end ahh....well this past transfer was pretty close to my dream area as well haha. It was another extremely bumping week. We were able to find 5 new, have 3 at church and three on date for baptism!! It is for sure bitter sweet but I know God has some crazy amazing things in store for Toronto YSA and us. This past week was sweet as my companion and I legit felt like celebrities  . We honestly had five or six people either come up to us or over hear us talking to someone else and want to hear more about the powerful message of the Restored Gospel. Lance Nels Fibke-April 7, 2018 Apr 9 Well another pretty amazing week! I don't think there's a week that goes by where I don't love at least something haha. Some days are a little less fun then others but there are always a day of miracles that just makes you so happy and makes being out here so worth it. This week's highlight has to be being asked to confirm our investigator a member of the church, after she is baptized. As well, we had a general authority come talk to us about repentance. There were two things that he spoke of that really stuck out to me. First was "the Lord will make gold mines in the worst of situations, but this will happen only if/when you turn to him." He may have said it a little differently but something along those lines. But it made me smile because like I mean I can sometimes feel pretty down when things aren't going my way.
