Not going to lie this week was a lot of driving but very productive and super fun. Started off having to drive to Toronto on Tuesday for a conference that was all day Wednesday. Then drove home Wednesday night, slept in Sudbury. Then was off to Sault St. Marie (another 3 hours) for an exchange with a really great guy Elder Volmer! Then Friday had to drive another 4 hours up to a place called Bracebridge to interview a man getting baptized! Legit was super worried about how we were going to get everything we need to done with the people we were working with, but the Lord provided a way and we met with everyone we needed to. Plus found 4 new people to start visiting with! All thanks to a wonderful message that has been provided to bless our lives from our Savior Jesus Christ. I have really seen how "The Book of Mormon is a golden instrument in finding and converting the honest seekers of truth and in rescuing many of our brothers and sisters back into gospel activity." (Becoming More Powerful Priesthood Holders October 2009 conference). The Book of Mormon is such a unique tool we have as missionaries. I truly have been able to feel what Galatians 5:22-23 in the New Testament defines as the fruits of the spirit in the Book of Mormon just as I do with the Bible. So why in the world if you want to build your faith in Jesus Christ would you shy away from a Book that testifies in Him and His teachings Haha. I have seen so many peoples faith in Christ continue to strengthen as they have received a Book of Mormon and really pondered and prayed about it. I love that we have an opportunity to hand free copies out of both the Bible and Book of Mormon on a regular basis. As I know these contain eternal truths to so many questions. So I guess the point I'm trying to make is I am extremely grateful for Jesus Christ and the amazing teachings that have been given to us as believers to grow/learn from His truth. Super cool experience from this week. We were seeing a tone of success the other day just talking to people on the street. We were walking and really felt we should knock this door, so we did and there was no answer. It was kinda like an attached home so we were like ok let's try this next one. We did and there came a lady that was extremely happy to see us. Right away before we even really said anything she sat down on her steps like she was planning to talk for a while 🤣🙏. Well we ended up doing so as we shared how are church came to be and her 17 year old daughter ended up joining the conversation by the end of it. We have an appointment with them to share more tonight, which I'm so excited for. It's been a real amazing experience to just see how we are in the places we need to be at the exact time we need to be there. As I was readying this week I came across this scripture. I don't feel I'm even close at this point but something I feel is very amazing that the Savior was able to do. "6 I gave my back to the smiter, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair. I hid not my face from shame and spitting.
7 For the Lord God will help me, therefore shall I not be confounded. Therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed." (2 Nephi 7). I hope one day to be as confident as this. I do know that all I do know I am confident in my Savior though and as we all turn to Him we can be so much better. Well I know that might have been really preachy...not trying to do that because I know all you are amazing and everyone is at different places. For real feel these things have impacted my life so much so feel I should share. Well love you all and hope you have a great week. Keep it real!!! 😁🙏🏖 .

Surprise, we got transfer calls! I'll be leaving and heading to the heart of downtown Toronto. I will now be in the Toronto YSA ward and training a brand new missionary for my last transfer. Super hyped I am staying in the city and probably going to my dream area to end ahh....well this past transfer was pretty close to my dream area as well haha. It was another extremely bumping week. We were able to find 5 new, have 3 at church and three on date for baptism!! It is for sure bitter sweet but I know God has some crazy amazing things in store for Toronto YSA and us. This past week was sweet as my companion and I legit felt like celebrities  . We honestly had five or six people either come up to us or over hear us talking to someone else and want to hear more about the powerful message of the Restored Gospel. January 28, 2019 Life in Toronto this week!..

Update: haven't been in the hospital this week hahaha. No I'm honestly back to normal now. Legit this week was crazy busy honestly. It was go, go and go. Most days we didn't have time for a full hour dinner or half hour lunch. It is such a blessing though. Time flies and we are getting so much accomplished, it feels super good. We had some insanely solid lessons with our two people we have on date right now. One was over video call via Facebook messenger as she was in a rush that day. We were able to read through Moroni 7 (talking all about faith,hope and charity) with her. She was so excited and she was able to really see the goodness the Book of Mormon brings to her. She has said multiple times, the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints sounds fully right in my head. She is just waiting for that confirmation in her heart that we know will come as she is determined to know for herself. Oct 12-This was a miraculous week filled with some amazing experiences and extraordinary events.

This was a miraculous week filled with some amazing experiences and extraordinary events. To start off the week we put a girl on date for baptism that we found 2 weeks ago. She is originally from South Africa and has had some very spiritual experiences in her life. One of which she said she had a dream of a bright light coming down but she was unsure what it was. This was actually extremely key to her conversion as she was able to resonate with Joseph Smith experience very well when he was able to see a bright light and see God the Father and His son Jesus Christ. Instantly she expressed her belief in Joseph Smith. Following we read a passage from the Book of Mormon and said that feeling was reconfirmed. As we met with her each day at the church after her work this past week we had countless experiences that were very special. We were meeting with her after church on Sunday and she was able to express that she knew this was true and knew this is where she needed to be. We ...
