June 5, 2019-Two new people at church today-Sudbury

Sunny days up in Sudbury. Super excited with all that is going on up here. Legit the Lord has blessed us with so many wonderful people to teach, two of which made it out to church this week! One that we actually started teaching is a niece of someone in Tuscany ward back home! So that was extremely crazy cool. Honestly she is so open and willing to really find the real meaning of things. Super excited to see what comes about of it as I know that the things we share really can answer so much! I know it doesn't matter who you are the message we share I know can bless you. I was readying a talk this week called "Divinely Directed Discipleship". It was a super solid talk and really focused on how we many times are not the best for the things God calls us to do but we are to do them. You might ask why would He do that? From my experience it can be extremely humbling and massive growing experience that is need for an individual to become better. These times really turn you to rely on God and His infinite wisdom and Knowledge. If you look at what I'm doing right now, on a mission sharing the message of the Restored Gospel Of Jesus Christ.....this could not be done without God. In the talk it says "Heavenly Father does not need you to be mighty, intelligent, or well-spoken. He needs you to incline your heart to Him and seek to honour Him by serving Him and reaching out in compassion to those around you.". I know that we aren't chosen to do things because we are the most talented or even intelligent. We are chosen because God has a plan for you (and He knows best) to learn and grow in what ever it may be. I've come to see that on my mission. I for sure have been blessed with a lot of talents and abilities, which I'm extremely grateful for that help the work we do each day a little easier. But saying that have really come to see that I can do nothing without God's hand in it. Sometimes it is hard to even believe I have accomplished a lot to be honest. But as I look back at the people we are working with? my self included and see that we have changed for the good from day to day. It makes me really feel that God is proud and grateful. As I know His desire is to have all of us return home, back to Him. This can be made possible through daily change (repentance) for the good. For sure want to keep this mode set through my life as it all doesn't happen at once...unfortunately 🤣. But anyways for sure am grateful for the many things my mission continues to help me learn. The people here are amazing and I have really grown to love them as I know they are all important to our Father in Heaven. Well really hope this weather continues as shorts leaves are so nice 🤣🙏. Surprise, we got transfer calls! I'll be leaving and heading to the heart of downtown Toronto. I will now be in the Toronto YSA ward and training a brand new missionary for my last transfer. Super hyped I am staying in the city and probably going to my dream area to end ahh....well this past transfer was pretty close to my dream area as well haha. It was another extremely bumping week. We were able to find 5 new, have 3 at church and three on date for baptism!! It is for sure bitter sweet but I know God has some crazy amazing things in store for Toronto YSA and us. This past week was sweet as my companion and I legit felt like celebrities  . We honestly had five or six people either come up to us or over hear us talking to someone else and want to hear more about the powerful message of the Restored Gospel. January 28, 2019 Life in Toronto this week!..

Update: haven't been in the hospital this week hahaha. No I'm honestly back to normal now. Legit this week was crazy busy honestly. It was go, go and go. Most days we didn't have time for a full hour dinner or half hour lunch. It is such a blessing though. Time flies and we are getting so much accomplished, it feels super good. We had some insanely solid lessons with our two people we have on date right now. One was over video call via Facebook messenger as she was in a rush that day. We were able to read through Moroni 7 (talking all about faith,hope and charity) with her. She was so excited and she was able to really see the goodness the Book of Mormon brings to her. She has said multiple times, the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints sounds fully right in my head. She is just waiting for that confirmation in her heart that we know will come as she is determined to know for herself. Oct 12-This was a miraculous week filled with some amazing experiences and extraordinary events.

This was a miraculous week filled with some amazing experiences and extraordinary events. To start off the week we put a girl on date for baptism that we found 2 weeks ago. She is originally from South Africa and has had some very spiritual experiences in her life. One of which she said she had a dream of a bright light coming down but she was unsure what it was. This was actually extremely key to her conversion as she was able to resonate with Joseph Smith experience very well when he was able to see a bright light and see God the Father and His son Jesus Christ. Instantly she expressed her belief in Joseph Smith. Following we read a passage from the Book of Mormon and said that feeling was reconfirmed. As we met with her each day at the church after her work this past week we had countless experiences that were very special. We were meeting with her after church on Sunday and she was able to express that she knew this was true and knew this is where she needed to be. We ...
