  Crazy week up here! Ended up having to drive a lot and make sure we utilized our time well!! We had the opportunity to head up to the temple on Thursday, as well as get a baptism in on Friday!! So amazing to such great people progress! This area has treated me so well and I have made many amazing spiritual memorize as well as fun ones. My testimony has really gown and I have been able to see insanely uplifting miracles! Ill be heading out tonight up to Toronto as I will be training another new missionary that fly's in tonight and will be white washing (means both me and my comp are new and are starting off fresh in the area) Peterborough! Nervous but very excited for this new  adventure! Never done that before as well as will be staying as a district leader which is lots of fun as well. Let me emphasize the spirit leads and guides us to those ready and willing. We have been so blessed in this area and the members in our ward are getting excited!!! The work is rolling along well! We have another person on date for baptism for November! This area truly is amazing and I'm so blessed to serve here. We have a baptism this week and we get to go to the temple again (since it's my companions first transfer we get to go on Thursday with all the other new missionaries as well). So this week should end up being a blast! So this new guy on date is a young guy around 28 years old. He's got a Fiancee and one night last week just felt he needed to get a bible. So he looked it up online and found the church website and requested one. We ended up bringing him one as well as teaching him about the Book of Mormon and how our church came to be!!! Exciting times. Honestly this week was packed with so much good and excitement. From getting to go to the temple to listening to general conference, where our prophet and apostles speak to us!!! To be honest, it really got me to want to continue to change, repent and become better haha. First off let me tell you a couple of funny and really cool stories that for sure made me smile this week. Saturday we were out contacting (talking to people on the street) in between general conference sessions and we ran into a group of about 60 people straight from Mexico. None of them spoke English so we decided to call the Spanish sisters and we just passed the phone between all of them and got so many numbers and Facebook    All of them were like "my turn with the phone" It was so funny-they were so nice and wanted to talk to us. This week was insane!!! Let me start off by just letting you know how thankful I am to be out here. How thankful I am to be seeing miracles and how thankful I am to be able to feel the spirit more fully in my life. The peace and joy that I feel is so surreal and I am beyond blessed. It's crazy to think so many could be feeling this same feeling but choose to not to. I was reading a great talk that talked about responding to promptings and I can testify the reason I feel the spirit more in my life is because I am not second guessing anything, instead I am acting. The talk says "God’s counsel aligns us and conjoins us with the great realities of the universe; whereas sin empties, isolates, and separates us, confining us to the solitary cell of selfishness. Hence the lonely crowd in hell. Spiritual submissiveness means, instead, community and communion as the mind and the heart become settled. It actually started off kinda sad as we had one of the people we had on date for baptism decide he didn't want to meet anymore! We still have another one on October 20 though. He said he knew we had the proper authority and he knew to return and live in the highest degree of glory he needs to be baptized by someone holding that authority but he didn't want to make that commitment. It's sad because he told us he felt the spirit and knew what we were saying was true. He said he was just going to come out enough times to get baptized by the proper authority and leave. So it for sure was not for the right reasons so I'm glad he decided to tell us. But still sad. Anyway moving on from that though we were able to find four new people to start teaching and had 3 people we are teaching come to church this week!!! Been real good out here! God is treating us so well! It's crazy what has happened in this past week. First started off the week getting to see one of my favorite people Elder Earl from Cardston and stay at his place for the night in Toronto. Then the next day we drove together to pick up our new missionaries that just got here from Provo MTC. My comps name is Elder Braithwaite he is such a good guy. Legit need him! It's been so nice having someone not afraid to share the gospel. Both of us are so energetic and just so excited to get out there and work. We have seen miracles from it already! We have been averaging around 10miles a day walking. From this I feel the lord is seeing we are trying to find others on the way to appointments and other meetings. He is truly watching over us and blessing us. We found a man Tuseday and put him on date for baptism Wednesday for October 13. So we will have a baptism hopefully October 13 and 20 now.
